Where I found it – living room style

I always get asked where I find things in our house so I thought I would give a little peek. You definitely don’t have to spend a lot…though you will.

golden eats: richmond, va

Boy do I have a good recommendation for anyone visiting Richmond, Virginia. Right in the center of the historic river district lies a gem, Juleps: New Southern Cuisine. Of course I had to try their mint julep and fried green tomatoes [one of my favorite foods].

Oh and who could deny the beauty of this train station?

Is there anything better than picking up right where you left off with a friend? This summer I visited Chelsea in Baltimore and though we haven’t lived in the same city for countless years, we talk (read: gchat) daily and never skip a beat when we are together. We had the most perfect weekend filled with lots of brunch, new lipstick finds (will blog about later) and laughs.

It has been so BUSY!
New job- technically, new career. Vacations! Weekends away!
But I’m back and here to share some of these fun things!

We went to the Outerbanks with both of our families and had such a wonderful time.
Obviously, the first place JPS and I went was… for donuts at Duck Donuts!

We spent some time on the beach… (look at that STUD!)

AND lots of time relaxing at the house!
